To Qualify for this Dynamic Position:

 

A minimum of four years of supervisory experience in a financial institution collections environment, preferably at a Credit Union.  Business degree preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills.Must have excellent interpersonal, motivational, analytical, and oral and written communication skills. A solid knowledge of collections regulations, including DFI and NCUA rules and policies.Proven ability to operate independently, with full understanding of all collection procedures and activities, both in the collection of loans and negotiable items.Must be capable of uniformly directing the activities of subordinates, handling a large volume of details, and instructing others.Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
