Job Description

 

The office buzzes with excitement.  Legal is negotiating a major contract, the traders are at their phones buying and selling millions of dollars at a shot, and the President is preparing to make an important sales presentation.  But none of this can get done if the office isn?t running optimally.

 

We need someone who is smart, reliable, and resourceful to work with our Office Manager on a variety of projects, including:

 Improving office infrastructure Handling accounts payable Ordering supplies and dealing with vendors Making travel arrangements Implementing our company?s free lunch program Information management

 

Completing each project successfully requires a rare combination of intelligence and drive.  From keeping accurate track of invoices or updating the organization of our information management system to quickly placing a special order for several new top-of-the-line laser printers, your superior attributes will have a significant impact on the bottom line and will help us remain at the top.  If there are things you need to learn before embarking on a project or tackling a new task, we will teach you.  Our team, including the president and the traders, relies on you to get things done and will thrive on the high quality of your work.
