Role of Position:  assist Senior Project Manager in supporting and enhancing the SB Advisor platform.  Project-oriented and may consist of operational support, platform development and communication, marketing and training of FAs, CSAs and other branch personnel on the various processes and procedures.

 

Responsibilities

 

Assist Senior Product Manager on implementing and testing systems development work to enhance the overall usability of the platform.

Identify current systems and operational issues

Work on implementing fixes and design of future broader platform enhancements 

Assist Senior Product Manager in adding new overall products/services to the SB Advisor platform and leveraging technology to implement these new services.

Regular communications to the field on the platform

Follow-up on legal/compliance/risk/operational matters to ensure all activity is within the guidelines of the SB Advisor program.

Develop marketing materials to use both internally with FAs and externally with clients.  Develop training programs on general SB Advisor processes and procedures for FAs and their sales support. 



? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

? 1-2 years previous experience working with investment products

?   Excellent communication skills required

? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

? Ability to work independently and in a team environment

? Strong project management skills

? Strong PC skills to include MS Office and Internet required
