Asst. Office Administrator

 

The Assistant Administrator will perform various clerical and reception duties, including but not limited to: answering phones and direct to proper staff members, data entry of appointments and contacts, setting up and maintaining project files, filing, ordering supplies, shipping/distributing mail, coordinating travel arrangements, copying, faxing, preparing expense reports, preparing new account packages and general office correspondence/reports.  This position will provide support to the general office, review completed documents and perform any other duties assigned by management.  Attention to detail is essential to the performance of these responsibilities. 

 

Qualifications must include:

 

The candidate must possess exceptional telephone etiquette and professional and courteous posture. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an exemplary level of organization and productivity. Must be outgoing, self-motivated, able to handle detailed projects independently and be good at problem solving.  A strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are a must.  Successful candidates will demonstrate solid computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite); and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Candidates with a 4-year degree and previous experience are preferred.
