?Assistant Operations Manager

?

The Assistant Operations Manager provides assistance to the Operations Manager in supervising the operations functions of the branch. This position works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that daily operational functions are performed and correct procedures are followed, and assists with monitoring operations for compliance violations. ?

Basic knowledge of branch operations and procedures, with a minimum 2 years industry experience in operations is required. In this position Series 7and 63 licensing is preferred.? As this position involves a significant amount of problem solving, and interaction with staff within the branch and NY, flexibility and strong interpersonal communication skills are needed.? Basic accounting and strong math skills are necessary.

?Sr. Assistant Operations Manager

The primary role of the Sr. Assistant Operations Manager is to assist the Operations Manager in managing operations functions to minimize risk and ensure efficient client-focused service.? Responsibilities include ensuring that the daily operations functions are performed and approved within set guidelines, assisting the Operations Manager with supervision of the operations staff (i.e., hiring, training, performance management and salary review process). The Sr. Assistant Operations Manager also works closely with the Operations Manager in responding to audit findings and monitoring operations for compliance violations.

Qualified candidates will possess extensive knowledge of applicable industry regulations and practices; strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills; proven leadership skills; and the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.? Basic accounting and strong math skills are necessary.? Series 7, 8 and 63 licensing is required, and minimum 2-3 years of Operations experience is preferred. College degree preferred and may be required in certain circumstances.
