Auto Finance Positions

We are currently looking for candidates to work at large Auto Finance Company in Orange County.  We currently have the following positions available.

 

Front and Back End Collections Contact delinquent customers from 5 days past due to resolution. Resolve delinquent accounts within company policies/procedures. Maintain / decrease assigned queue delinquency. Work on a predictive dialer daily. Utilize available skip tracing tools. Identify / track assignments and repossessions. Prepare and submit charge-off files. Offer due date changes, deferments and extensions when appropriate assist with inbound calls.  Assist in minimizing losses for the department.  Must have previous Call Center experience Consumer Collections a plus.

 

Customer Service Call Center  Answer an average of 100 - 125 calls with an average talk time of 2:30 minutes or less. The ability to talk and type is essential. Resolve all customer service questions during the call or return the customers? call with the appropriate solution to their question in a timely manner. Process customers? request on a daily basis which include: lien releases, Autopay (ACH) information, due date changes, payoff quotes and histories, title and registration information, extensions, deferments, and other general requests made by the customers. Process incoming mail such as credit disputes, returned mail, address changes, Privacy Notices and general correspondence.

Processing Specilist Review and audit all retail and lease financing documents
Verification of all document information, and conformance to company?s credit approvals, policies, and established guidelines. Computer entry of loan information.  Extensive follow up with dealer base for missing/needed items for funding. Heavy customer service with dealer base, retail and lease customers, field personnel, and internal departments. Confirm all proceeds paid to dealer prior to transmittal. Employment verifications, customer interviews, collateral verification inquiries, investigative follow up, and inquires with financial institutions. Must have a min. 10,000 KSH and be able to multi-task.
