Responsibilities

 

?  Manage and mentor a team of 4 to 6 auto loan collectors.

?  Research and investigate high-risk accounts using creative skip-tracing methods.

?  Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements with customers.

?  Contact customers by phone to advise them of their loan contract responsibility.

?  Persuade customers to bring their delinquent accounts current.

?  Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of integrity.

 

Qualifications

 

?  3-years experience in supervisory or managerial capacity.

?  3-years experience in consumer collections.

?  Knowledge of FDCPA regulations.

?  Professional and persuasive communication and negotiation skills.

?  Organizational and problem solving skills; telephone and computer skills.

?  Must be able to pass our criminal, credit, drug testing, and background check.

?  A total compensation package of 50K to 75K consisting of a base salary and monthly performance based bonuses.
