Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
8 Years experience in accounting required.
Significant portion of experience must be at a financial institution or public accounting firm in a financial reporting capacity.
Knowledge or regulatory capital requirements strongly preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing the external financial reporting process required to support the enhanced disclosure requirements of the BASEL 2 International Capital Framework.  Work with the BASEL 2 project team to ensure Risk Weighted Asset calculations are accurate. Develop senior management reports identifying and analyzing the major drivers of capital allocation to Credit, Market and Operational Risk areas.  Work with Citizens' and RBS teams to ensure systems and processes are built to provide the required information to the reporting process in a controlled and documented manner consistent with SOX 404.
