DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are seeking an experienced individual who has a progressive mindset for a branch manger position in AUSTIN, TX.  Southern Automotive Finance Co provides a challenging and fast paced work environment, competitive compensation between $75-100K and an excellent benefit package.  Duties and responsibilities include:  evaluate dealer requests for loans and analyze financial requirements according to policies set forth, respond in a timely fashion to dealer inquiries, read and understand credit report and credit reporting processes, score and decision deals with a thorough underwrite as dictated by program requirements, manage office of 5-7 employees, maintain clear marketing plan and objectives for account managers, grow branch receivables in accordance with company objectives and maintain budget requirements for office.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set:

?Background in financial setting with 5-7 years of supervisory experience.

?Finance or car dealership experience is required.

?A strong intellect that possesses the ability to maintain program and policy guidelines using sound judgment and management discretion. 

?Strategically plan and manage budget to meet or exceed goals set forth by corporate office.

?Superlative interpersonal talents with particular emphasis on managing/training staff and communicating with dealerships, customers and employees. 

?Interface with a variety of areas to ensure quality control of deals purchased.

?Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to generate new ideas.

?Promote, foster and create a team environment.

?Exercises a high degree of initiate and judgment when making routine decisions
