Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule

Hours per Week:  40
Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, in addition to periodic off-hour support needs.

Qualifications

5 years technical and/or operational experience, especially supporting large-scale, complex and multiphase projects & business applications.
Strong analytical ability and organizational skills, demonstrated through solid verbal and written communications skills.
Direct experience with professional and effective communication channels with corporate Cash Management customers, as well as all levels of management, business partners and technical staff.
Direct experience with database and software development and/or system processing, preferably with eCommerce technologies.
Working knowledge of databases, file management, messaging protocols and various technical platforms.
Fundamental understanding of Information reporting and its various delivery channels and/or ACH and/or Wire processing, data conversion, file transmissions and/or communications protocol, and/or other corporate Cash Management product offerings.

Responsibilities

The employee will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to corporate Cash Management and their customers, diagnosing, prioritizing, resolving and/or escalating all technical, system or procedural issues relating to the information reporting web solution.  They will also be responsible for supporting product and data availability for information reporting and associated back-office applications that interface with the web application, assisting in the support of cross-functional planning & enhancement design, integrating testing and production processing with other operational areas, such as Electronic Payments, Items Processing and Deposit Services.  They will assist in the identification of issues & risks and in the development of recommendations for issue resolution & risk mitigation strategies.
