We currently have 2 positions open in our Downtown Manhattan office, within our Cage Department: Operations Clerk(Experienced), Operations Clerk(will train)
Operations Clerk - Cage, Experienced
Job Description:
-Balancing DTC
-Adjusting Customer Accounts
-Perform general office duties within the department(filing, faxing, answering phones, data entry)
Requirements:
General Securities Industry Operations or Cage/Receive and Deliver experience - Minimum of 6 months. Basic PC knowledge, and general office experience(faxing, filing, typing, data entry, telephone skills). Beta skills a plus.
Operations Clerk(will train)
Job Description:
-Data Entry on our system
-Perform general office duties within the department(filing, faxing, typing, answering phones, data entry)
Will train to the specifics of the department
Requirements:
General office experience(minimum of 6 months), basic PC literacy,basic math skills, general office duties(filing, faxing, telephone skills). Will train the right candidate.
