We are currently seeking an experienced Benefits/Recruitment Coordinator.
Duties will include:Recruiting, screening, reference checks and preparing and making job offers. Processing benefit enrollments for new hires ? medical, dental, vision, voluntary benefit Handling cancellation of benefits for terminated employees and processing of Cobra notifications Processing 401K enrollments, participant data changes, loans, and rollovers Conducting new hire orientation Handling designation of leave of absences (FMLA, PDL, PFL) and LOA payment schedules Processing Workers Compensation insurance claims Providing support to employees with benefit questions and requests
