Requirements:

In this position, you will collect on designated delinquent accounts, maintain excellent customer relations with borrowers and effectively solves issues in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses. You will be responsible for demonstrating strong customer service skills, while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers. In addition, you will negotiate account resolution and accurately input/document actions within the collection systems, while maintaining company performance and productivity standards. You will also escalate calls to the RCC Management Team as needed. Additionally, you will initiate external contact with customers or perform basic skip tracing.

High School or equivalent is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are necessary. One plus years? collections experience and/or customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal/written communication skills are highly desired.
