As a Billing Coordinator for Allied Benefit Systems, Inc., you will be an important member of the team that manages the monthly billing process on a client by client basis, processes daily cash posting for multiple accounts, reconciles bank statements, audit and tracks billing related functions and is involved with month end reporting.

Qualifications

Required

Committed to comprehensive and in-depth implementation of every work effort.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Proficiency in using Excel, Word and Outlook. Microsoft Access or Great Plains experience a plus.

Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized.

Exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.

Asscoiates degree with concentration in Accounting or equivalent experience.

Preferred

Easily prioritizes information and draws accurate conclusions.

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings.
