Billing Specialist

The Boston Office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, a National law firm, has an immediate, full time opening for a billing specialist.  Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, team oriented and possess a strong attention to detail.  Responsibilities include: editing and processing of monthly client invoices, maintaining accounts receivable spreadsheet, assisting with collections, working closely with attorneys to resolve client billing issues and collaborating with other team members as necessary.  Applicants must have 2-4 years experience working in a professional services environment, as well as a good working knowledge of MS office including Excel.  Experience with Elite or other accounting software a plus.
