We have an exciting opportunity for a Billing Specialist for our SDS (Secured Destruction Services) division located in Norcross, GA .

 

DESCRIPTION:

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following objectives:

 

? Meet billing deadlines and ensure timely and accurate completion of invoicing.

? Monitor receipt and completion of service paperwork.

? Resolve billing issues, in a timely manner.

? Work with Collections department to resolve customer billing / collections issues.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS (only serious applicants apply if you can meet the following) :

 

? Must have ** STRONG ** Accounting, Financial or Billing experience.

? MUST FUNCTION WELL IN AN EXTREMELY FAST-PACED, DYNAMIC AND CHANGING ORGANIZATION

? Flexible work schedule to meet deadlines.

 

 

SKILLS (in random order) :

 

1.  The ability to communicate effectively.

2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. (formulas, pivot tables, etc)

3. Must possess a demonstrated commitment to quality standards and attention to detail.

4. Must possess positive interpersonal skills.

5. Dependable & a HIGH LEVEL of professionalism and business maturity.

6. Must have the ability to work with many levels of management, as well as a variety of Recall employees.

7. Must function well in a team atmosphere.

8. Knowledge of Voyageur, PeopleSoft (highly desired).
