The Branch Administrator will work closely with the Branch Manager and Operations Manager on administrative functions.  The following responsibilities may apply, depending on the branch organizational structure:

 Handle Human Resources administration for the support staff, including hiring, training, performance management and salary review process.Coordinate branch benefits, act as the branch liaison to Human Resources.Coordinate facility and office maintenance issues. Oversee branch accounts payable processing. Supervise and coordinate support staff work assignments.Financial Advisor registration and licensing.

 

Qualified candidates will be detail oriented with strong organizational and client service skills. Series 7, 8 and 63 Registration may be required, along with other licenses as required by the Branch Manager. Two years of administrative experience, along with at least one year of industry experience is required. The responsibilities include client contact, significant internal branch communication and staff supervision. Strong interpersonal skills are needed. Good computer skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are also required. College degree preferred and may be required in certain circumstances.
