Branch Service Manager/ Registered Client Associate - (Supervision and Sereis 7 needed!!)

As a Branch Service Manager with RBC Dain Rauscher ? the nation?s eighth largest full-service investment firm ? you?ll supervise, direct and develop the branch support staff in Tucson, AZ.

In addition to managing the branch support staff, you?ll have operational responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
? Ensuring cash and securities received are handled correctly and efficiently,
? Maintaining orderly, complete and accurate operations-related files,
? Upholding security in the branch cage area,
? Enforcing complex- and firm-level policies and procedures, and
? Coordinating technology support at the branch level.

In addition, you?ll help Financial Consultants both maintain and grow their business. And your strong customer service orientation, knowledge of investment concepts and products and innovative thinking will make you a valued member of our sales support team.

For all issues pertaining to branch staffing and operations, you?ll also be the primary point of contact with managers and operations employees at both the complex- and firm-level. Plus, you may perform client associate tasks for the branch manager or other Financial Consultants as needed.

We?re seeking a seasoned professional. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of:
? Branch structure and operations,
? Industry and firm rules and regulations,
? Basic accounting principles, and
? Office technology and computer systems.

Requirements:
? Minimum three years financial industry experience,
? Solid written and verbal communication skills,
? AA or BA/BS in finance, business or related field, and
? Series 7 and 63/66 licenses (or ability to obtain all licenses within first year on job).
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience a plus.
