Responsibilities:

Relationship Management is an integral part of how we do business at E*TRADE FINANCIAL. The Junior Relationship Manager will assist our Retail Center teams by greeting walk-in customers, answering calls and providing operational support.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven new college graduate to join one of the fastest growing leaders of the financial services industry! Training for candidates to receive their securities licenses will be provided.



Specific Job Requirements:

- Be the primary initial greeter for all clients and prospects coming into the Center. Provide general customer service.

- Assist Relationship Management and Investment Specialist teams with operational requests - internal document processing, research requests, Center collateral maintenance.

- Answer and route incoming phone calls, as well as coordinates incoming and outgoing correspondence.

- Follow up on service or clearing issues for customers.

- Assist with organizing client proposals and coordinating the schedules for meetings, seminars, client appointments, and corporate services events.

- Organize and deliver daily Center statistics to managers and the team.

- Assist management with special projects and initiatives.

Minimum Required Education, Certification, Training:
Bachelor's degree
Must pass Series 7 / 63 exams within 6 months of employment
