Business Analyst

Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for supporting various tactical projects for the Performing Loans Accounting business area. They will be responsible for performing current state analysis, writing business requirements, preparing documents to conduct UAT and develop requirement traceability matrices. They will also execute test plan and cases. The candidate will work very closely with the business area users. They will ensure proper escalation of issues. They will provide timely communications to the business area and ISS project managers. IOPs will include successful, timely and quality project implementations.

Job Experience:
Loan servicing life cycle knowledge is desired. Accounting treatment for loans is a plus. Project Lifecycle: Scope definition, requirements, testing, communication. Business process reengineering and process improvement. Must be organized and able to handle multiple priorities at once. Accounting and/or PeopleSoft desired.
MS Access queries and SAS language is desired but not necessary. Working knowledge of technical area responsibilities including design, development, testing (unit, system, performance). Should be able to write business requirements, test strategy, test plan, requirements traceability matrix and execute test scripts.
