Business Analyst III

  Business Analyst III
This position will be responsible for the identification, creation, correction and revision of necessary policies, procedures and processes. Key functions will include identifying exception report requirements and providing technical and analytical support, guidance and information, as well as escalated end-user support to identify the root causes, eventually leading up to a solution. Involves managing projects and performing duties related to the Bank?s retail systems and operations, which includes recommending appropriate resolutions and solutions. Incumbent will determine business rules and standards for various retail systems, identify/propose training needs, and review/approve User Acceptance Testing scripts and results. Ensures the overall integrity of the data contained in the various retail systems and that the content of the senior management reports is based on good, solid data. Other duties will include conducing special projects as assigned, which includes supporting the Office of the President, Compliance and Risk Management.

Requirements:

?  Requires a Bachelor?s degree and 7+ years experience in Banking Operations, relative to deposit accounts and products.

?  Must be familiar with industry best practices, banking operations and systems, and deposit account regulations.

?  The team player we seek should have excellent project management and leadership skills.

?  The ability to identify both efficient and inefficient operations and processes is essential, as is the capacity to create appropriate facilitation tools. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio is a must.

?  ACH and Wire Transfer payments, minimum 5 years experience.
