Business Analyst Needed for Growing Mortgage Company!!
Excellent Opportunity for Experienced Business Analyst! Growing Mortgage Company is Developing a new Department.
Responsibilities Include:
Receiving invitations to bid, confirm sellers approved status, distribute offering summary and seller status to Management, deliver bid tape to data analyst. Determine credit/product slips, confirm organizational capacity, create deal calendar, negotiate credit, compliance, and appraisal kicks to determine final pool, work with custodian and seller to clear collateral exceptions, communicate with final collateral exceptions, confirm that all required documents are executed by both parties, act as SME as to the transaction's history and documentation for dispute resolution
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in related field
-2+ years of residential mortgage processing experience
-Demonstrated analytical and communication skills
-Working experience in MS Office applications and secondary marketing analysis tools
