Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION

? Implement New Account Analyst portfolio management report accurately and on a timely basis. This requires understanding of credit application underwriting process and analyst?s decision impact on enterprise profit/loss measurements.

? Interact with operation managers to complete adhoc analytical projects by clearly defining requirements, developing effective analysis and delivering results for assisting decision-making.

? Maintain regular deliverables including daily/monthly operation reports.

? Build effective relationships with internal/external business functions to complete projects on time.

? Monitor New Accounts credit bureau billing process and communicate issues to minimize payment inconsistency.



SKILLS
Required:
? College degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Management, Econometrics, and/or Business Administration.

? Practical and applied experience with statistical software and other analytical tools. Working knowledge of the UNIX and PC environments. Mainframe experience a plus.

? A minimum of two years of applied statistical and research analytical experience.

? Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within and outside of the company.

? Project management experience. Ability to work under own initiative with ability to set priorities in a high-pressure environment.

? Self-starter with minimal supervision; creative problem solving skills.


Desired:
? Master?s degree or higher preferred.
