Business Analyst with Financial Services

The Willow Group is looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our company.  We are a fast-growing business and IT consulting firm that specializes in project management, and business and information systems development and delivery in the financial services industry. The driving force behind the Willow Group is the desire to do exceptionally good work...work that is important to our customers and well executed by our team. Our team consists of consultants who have experience in both information technology and/or the financial services industry. We hire individuals to our company as salaried employees or we work with individuals as independent contractors.  We are located in Minneapolis, MN and the majority of the work is in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Relocation assistance is available for these positions. 

 

Business analyst candidates should have 3+ years experience defining requirements for critical application systems, performing gap analysis and developing new processes and procedures. Structured analysis, use case development and systems development methodology experience is required. Candidates must have knowledge of the brokerage, investment management, mortgage, insurance, and/or asset securitization industries.
