Responsibilities:

Resources:
- Estimate LOEs for activities
- Manage resource utilization
- Provide strategic and tactical forecasts
- Communicate resource related risks and migration strategies to overall project manager and Associated Service Lead (ASL)
- Provide performance feedback to the hiring manager and Release Manager (RM), if appropriatePlanning:
- Organize and coordinate BE release related activities
- Prioritize work assignments
- Identify cross-domain impacts of change
- Ensure Adherence to Business Engineering Repeatable process for the creation of artifacts
- Monitor participation in the ECR process
- Work with Service Architect and ASL to develop long-term implementation plan for Domain, which defines series of release-based implementations to achieve end-state vision.

Communication:
- Conduct regular domain check-ins

- Create and maintain release vision document in alignment with the overall Business Architecture.

- Foster and maintain Domain key stakeholder and SME relationships such that stakeholders demonstrate support for the Domain build-out, ensuring that needs are well understood and addressed by the release-based domain modeling artifacts.

- Understand the stakeholders' businesses well enough to act as a proxy for the stakeholder in Domain business modeling work.

- Participate in and support overall Subsystem Business Modeling. Provide insight of the Domain in the context of the overall subsystem and overall business architecture.

- Align release domain level content decisions and artifacts with the Domain and Subsystem vision and architecture or obtain architecture exceptions from the BAB.

- Provide input to Service Architect and Associate Service Leads for release planning by identifying AUCs and priorities, and assessing business impacts to the domain caused by scope and functionality trade-off decisions.

- Provide business content direction to Business Engineers; participate in BE artifact peer reviews; review test deliverables

- Resolve issues related to alignment of Business Engineering artifacts and the Domain Architecture

- Ensure stakeholder awareness of release content and functionality, paying particular attention to changes in scope. Manage stakeholder expectations related to scope and functionality trade-off decisions made by the Service Lead, ASL, or Release Managers through frequent and effective communications
