Requirements:

In this position with our Dealer Services Division you will manage new and existing auto dealer relationships and sell back end. You will manage, meet and exceed all performance plans including mix, volume, conversion ratios, expenses and negative dealer reserve. You will adhere to all consultative business practices with dealerships that support a mutually beneficial relationship while keeping all dealers abreast of any up-to-date WFS products and programs, establish new relationships to support performance criteria, enhance current relationships and terminate non-performing dealers while using UniverSell Contact Management software. In addition, you will comply with reporting standards on territory competitors and dealers, maintain an up-to-date rate book and complete all field related and dealer calls in UniverSell.

A Bachelor?s degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience in the auto finance industry, including credit and/or sales experience is required. Two plus years? auto finance, bank or dealer experience is preferred. Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills with the ability to work with all levels of management are necessary. You must be service oriented with good computer skills (Word, Excel and UniverSell) and be familiar with the dealer network in the Reno, NV area.
