Job Description:

 

This individual will be responsible for providing monthly production support for the Card Services Department to execute and implement monthly statement campaigns, such as statement inserts, ads, coupons, checks, using the Statement Strategic Communications Solution System.

 

Develops a business needs analysis to provide to development team and Business participates in various stages of data and requirement analysis for project needs. Work in close collaboration with the project managers and business users to gather analyze and document the functional requirements. Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users and produce project documentation. Documentation may be comprised of Use Cases, Business Rules, and User Interface specifications. Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitative, consultative, communication skills, and strong independent judgment.

 

Specific responsibilities will include:

o Manage the reconciliation of data sent between vendors for fulfillment

o Manage the facilitation and execution of the monthly statement rollouts

o Monitoring processes to ensure vendors are adhering to Service Level Agreements

o Participate and trouble shoot production issues; formulate recommendations and options based on analysis of data

o Manage daily tasks associated with statement maintenance such as reporting and inventories

o Act as a liaison between our internal Business Partners and third party vendors

o Act as the liaison between our Marketing and Operations partners to ensure that excellent communication is maintained between both areas

 

 



Required Qualifications:

 

o Well organized and able to adapt to changes in business direction and shifting priorities, and possess strong problem solving skills, good attention to detail and ability to succeed under tight deadlines. 

o Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team to achieve bottom-line results.

o Ability to coodinate and communicate system functionality to business partners and faciliate recommended changes

o Trained or working knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint and Visio software.

o Ability to create functional specifications.

o Ability to create project plans

 



Preferred Qualifications:

 

o The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with credit card statement processes or similar processes

o BS/BA or equivalent experience in related field is preferred.

o Working knowledge of data file processing

o Trained or working knowledge of Total Systems 2 and Business Objects

o Working knowledge of the SDLC process
