Business Process Analyst 2

Job Description: Conceive, lead, coach, and utilize Lean concepts and Six Sigma methodology by systematically driving and implementing process improvements to increase customer satisfaction levels and business productivity. Incorporate voice of the customer requirements and data analysis in all process improvements. Develop and institutionalize appropriate metrics including dashboards, scorecards and productivity reporting. Act as liaison to business lines to ensure new products, services and technological developments are compatible with current processes and designs. Redesign process workflows as necessary to adapt to product, service or technology changes. Serve as change agent to instill Six Sigma culture throughout the organization. Influence, collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management. Mentor Green Belts and provide training in Lean and Six Sigma concepts.


Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Experience: 5+ years business experience, process design experience preferred.
