Business Systems Analyst II

Description:
The position will provide a varied experience with duties ranging from ongoing operational responsibilities, ad hoc data queries and support project work. Candidates for this position must be willing to work with the Platform 1 and 2 Advisor base, as well as field leaders. Additional responsibilities include:

Generate standard reporting for Platform 1 and 2 Field Leaders and Corporate Office partners.

Develop new reporting or reporting transformation as identified.

Research and respond to Platform 1 and 2 Advisor, Field Leaders and Corporate Office partners questions related to client acquisition counts or reports.

Utilize Focus, Excel, Access, VBA, and SQL Server tools to provide data for reporting or analysis needs.

Provide field data and reporting subject matter expertise to projects, analysis and questions.

Support questions that come from Advisor web-based reports

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree

2 years business analyst experience

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access, VBA and SQL Server

Knowledge of a financial advisor sales organization

Analytical approach to researching questions

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Must be able to manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of project management process

Able to lead up and across

Knowledge of Focus programming a plus
