Business Systems Manager (ITSM Financial Processes)

TransTech is looking for a Business Systems Manager (ITSM financial Processes).  This is a permanent position.

 

The Manager of ITSM Finance oversees and is accountable for global IT Finance management processes. Through management of and interaction with the supplier, the candidate ensures that all IT Finance processes and procedures are in effect and being adhered to.  The candidate regularly meets with the supplier to ensure alignment and to develop plans to meet contracted terms.  The Manger of ITSM Finance meets regularly with GIS functions to communicate finance management policies, processes and practices.  The dandidate will be responsible for the end-to-end ITSM financial processes and integration.

The candidate must manage the supplier to ensure finance objectives are met and jointly develop and facilitate the implementation of new practices and improvement capabilities.  The candidate oversees the process design of vital financial information to assist in decision-making.  The candidate must be able to align to customer, business and regulatory requirements with business goals. The candidate must help the business understand the true cost and value of IT and influence customer IT consumption behaviors to encourage more efficient use of resources.

The candidate must be able to develop, enhance and expand internal and external relationships that are well regarded and be able to work with business stakeholders at the highest levels to design meaningful work processes with the new service provider and to assure that the business stakeholders accept and endorse the new processes.  The candidate must have experience leading global processes and best practices. The job requires a team player that can self-start in difficult service environments and can successfully lead finance throughout the organization.

This position offers the candidate the opportunity to guide the sourcing m anagement team ensuring that contracted deliverables are met by the supplier.

Required experience:
-BBA/BS required. MBA preferred.

-Minimum 8 years of experience in delivery of IT services required.

-ITSM certification required, ISO/COBIT certification, and experience in outsourcing Management either as a customer or supplier required.

-ISO/COBIT certification preferred.

-Process focus and financial knowledge, proven interpersonal skills both verbal and written, ability to build and sustain relationships with IT stakeholders, ability to bring enthusiasm that motivates team, and ability to formulate innovative and viable solutions when options are limited required.
