Position Description
Process and follow up on FA support requests to ensure completion. Research and resolve problems. Ability to handle a high volume of operations requests in a fast paced environment. Use Morgan Stanley systems to assist CAC Branch Service Manager to oversee resolution of operational and service issues within virtual branch. Provide a high level of customer service. Other duties as assigned by CAC Branch Service Manager.

Skills Required
Basic clerical and administrative skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and client service skills. Organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow up skills. Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to research and resolve problems and service inquiries and escalate when appropiate. Basic Knowledge of Morgan Stanley systems and procedures
