LOUIS, MO location.

 

Monitor, track and respond daily to Department of Defense and External Adjudicated account payment issues resulting in the reduction of risk to Express Scripts, Inc. Develop and implement procedures to address mail order issues which are impeding accurate payment reconciliations. Assist with the implementation and execution of future electronic reconciliation accounts. Primary responsibilities include:

-  Ensure Government claim record processing occurs per Government schedule to reduce negative cash flow implications to ESI. Track and log daily transactions and perform system release for billing purposes

-  Monitor externally adjudicated account payments to ensure within contractual payment terms and all payments are received on a per claim basis. Comply with escalation policy when issues arise.

-  Develop, implement and analyze dispute items.

-  Develop and implement mail order standard operating procedures for error resolution on unmatched claims

-  Work through complex data comparisons to identify disputed items within electronically reconciled accounts and manual reconciled accounts.

-  Provide detailed progress reports and verification of contract compliance

 

Qualifications:

-  3-5 years experience in high volume billing or related financial field.

-  Customer service, technical, analytical, and communication skills required.

-  Strong business and organizational skills.

-  Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

-  Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Monarch,As400 or related billing and accounting system preferred.

 

 

Education:

-  Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance or related field; or equivalent work experience.
