COLLECTORS NEEDED!!!

 

CashCall is a fast-paced consumer lending company located in Fountain Valley. We are seeking a strong collections representative to join our growing team.



Duties:

- Make outbound and receive inbound calls and accurately document all information pertaining to accounts on the collections system.

- Adaptability to a fast paced environment.

- Create and follow payment plans.

- Arrange electronic payments with organized follow-up.

- Follow all state and federal regulations regarding collections procedures.

- Maintain great client relations.

- Ability to change quickly with the needs of a growing company.



Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in unsecured debt collections.

- Ability to negotiate while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.

- Proven track record in agency or bad debt recovery.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

- Basic computer skills required Outlook, Excel, and Word.
