As an ASSET MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE in our Asset Management group, you will be reponsible for:



Reviewing and overseeing management of nationwide multifamily housing portfolios.

Preparing corporate investor reports.

Monitoring tenant compliance of corporate properties.

Identifing the properties with operational problems, understand the causes and facilitating the resolution of the problems.

Updating state of the art real estate database.

Reviewing and monitoring all internal and housing agency site inspections.

Performing apartment site inspections and

Working on special project activities as assigned.



Day to day activities include interaction with the asset management team, developers, investors, managment agencies and various state housing authorities.


 

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Right hand to Marketing Execs; coordinate conferences, sales meetings, travel, corporate events, fundraisers, etc. Special projects; advertising, etc. English/Bus degree preferred.

 

Also looking for a JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT in our Accounting Department who will report to our Controller.
