COMMERCIAL LOAN PROCESSOR
Excellent opportunity with a company that is capable of processing nationwide and worldwide loans.
Be responsible for preparing and reviewing all documentation necessary for the placement of commercial loans nationwide and worldwide. This position requires the ability to compile, coordinate and prioritize workload and exercise independent judgment. Must be able to take instruction, multi-task, and communicate with all levels of internal and external customers.
gather, complete and/or review 1003s, tax returns and rent rollscomplete and/or review appraisals, third party reports and various lender required documentswork with estoppels, VOM, VOD, application building, 1031s, etc.coordinate loan conditions with lenders, third party vendors and escrow companies.MUST be familiar with the commercial documentation process
Required computer skills:
Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn others.
