CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER

 



Responsible for the management of corporate financing activities including obtaining funds for operations and new construction and, for establishing and maintaining investor relationships.



 

Bachelor?s degree in finance, business administration or related field, MBA preferred.Ten or more years of increasing experience in financing large corporate activities and/or projects.  Experience in the electric utility industry is desirableManagement and supervisory experience with increasingly more responsibility.Experience with and knowledge of financing products and services, including long-term secured and unsecured debt, leases, construction financing, lines of credit, commercial paper, interest rate swaps and other related products.Experience in and knowledge of financial markets, including private and public debt markets, lease markets, bank facilities, and other related markets.Experience in and knowledge of commercial and investment banking activities, products, and services.Experience in the negotiation of, and knowledge of contractual financial instruments including indentures, offering statements, loan agreements, and related financial instruments.Working knowledge of computers, including extensive knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, data bases, presentation software, graphic software, financial tools, printers and related equipment and products.
