Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications

Working knowledge of Federal Regulatory guidelines under Reg. E.
Strong telephone and customer service skills.
Good organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent written and communication skills and the ability to follow through.
Working knowledge of PC Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

Responsible for processing Reg E Payment Disputes. Review claims for missing or unpaid payments. Responsible for tracking and monitoring Customer Disputes to insure claim tasks are handled within Reg E mandated guideline. Issuing provisional credits, credit reversals and General Ledger entries. Update and maintain CheckFree, Biz Central and host bank records.
