Call Center Rep I, Servicing

We need a talented individual to fill the role of Call Center Representative I. This candidate will respond to inquiries and documentation needs of borrowers with loans being serviced at New Century Mortgage by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include: * Responsible for daily call center functions ensuring highest level of customer service and satisfaction for the call center * Meets established efficiency and effectiveness standards regarding customer service factors determined by the management. * Resolves customer inquiries while on call. * Researches issues and takes corrective action as appropriate. * Updates customer data as necessary. * High Customer Contact * Tracks customer trends as they pertain to comments, disputes and/or dissatisfaction with New Century Mortgage Corporation. * Confirms with new customers that New Century Mortgage is servicing their loan. * Verifies customer information. Documents servicing system and answers customer questions such as payment amount, due date and loan obligation. * Confirms customer awareness of payment amount, due date, loan obligation, property/mailing addresses and phone numbers. High school diploma and six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience are required. Basic computer knowledge is necessary.
