Bank located in Alpharetta has opening for :Card Services Associate

Responsibilities:

 

 



Research and resolve outstanding customer issues relating to ATM / Visa Check disputes. The position will be required to make independent decisions regarding the issuance of provisional credits relating to EFT disputes.  The position will also be required to comply with Reg E and Visa Operations Regulations. Associate will maintain a tracking log of the EFT inventory and disposition.  This position will additionally be responsible for the research of outstanding unreconciled items to make determination as to how these issues can be properly resolved. 



 

The position will be required to meet department deadlines for turnaround resolution of the above items and to respond to customer with resolution within the specified regulatory timeframe.  This position will assist with writing and implementation of policies and procedures for this function.

 

 

Job-Related Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Equipment, Travel:

 

Knowledge of:

1)  Overall Banking Operation knowledge 

2) ATM experience, a plus

3) Computer Skills

4) Visa Operating Regulations, a plus,

5) Regulation E experience

 

Ability to:

1)  good written and oral communications skills 

2)  meet deadlines

3)  work unsupervised

4)  good organizational skills

5)  attention to detail

6)  ability to learn multiple systems quickly and efficiently
