Case Design Manager

Summary of Responsibilities

 

The Case Design Manager is responsible for providing case design support for all Planning related (Profiles, Basic and Navi Plan) related sales activity. This is a value-added service for producers because they will have a resource to aid them in case design allowing them to focus on opening and closing more cases. The goal is to increase production through the use of a comprehensive fact finding system where the producer has a competent accessible resource to design the best possible presentation for each case situation.

 

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

The Case Design Unit Manager is responsible for training producers on the data gathering techniques used with Profiles+ and to work with each Producer to develop sales presentation that work with the producers selling style and match his/her client-s buying style on an case by case basis. The Case Design Manager is responsible for the supervision of all the support staff for the industry teams as part of the advanced marketing firm development plan. The Case Design Manager participates as part of the recruiting team in presenting the quality support provided to all producers in the firm. All activities are coordinated with the other managers that require joint efforts for the benefit of the firm.

 

 

 

Marketing & Sales

 

-The Case Design Unit manager will assist the Marketing Director, Sales Managers, and Industry Team Leaders in the implementation of marketing plans to contact existing clients and targeted prospects about the Profiles+ service we offer.

-Develop contests as needed to encourage production.

-Ensure all marketing efforts follow the rules of compliance, and all utilized literature has current LD numbers.



Recruiting & Selection

 

-The Case Design Manager will participate in recruiting with presentations about the Case Design Unit, and the value added services that are available to all producers in the North Shore Financial Group.



Training

-In partnership with the firm Training Director, the Case Design Manager is responsible for education and training of all producers concerning Profiles+, Basic and NaviPlan and the case development process.

-Training will consist of classroom instruction and individual assistance as needed, inclusive of the following:

 



Producer Training



- Data Gathering techniques

- Asset Allocation Questionnaire

- Concept pages

- Understanding the numbers

- Present at Firm Meetings

- Best Practices used

- Sales Strategies used



Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:


Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Financial Planning
LAH Licensed
Series 6 or 7 and Series 63
Designations: CFP CLU Ch
Attention to detail
Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows NT)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good organization skills and practices
Ability to adapt and work efficiently within a variety of situations
Professional appearance
Enthusiastic
Ability to influence others
