Case Manager

Life insurance settlement firm in downtown Bethesda, MD, is seeking a Case Manager to process applications for life settlements.

Job functions include:

 Initiate submitted applications from database system.Create classification files for each application package.Review application package for completeness and perform initial compliance review.Determine case eligibility with respect to company purchase criteria.Order and process underwriting requirements.Manage workflow in order to optimize processing time.Communicate and obtain necessary documentation from Partner, producers and vendors for efficient processing in underwriting, pricing and closing procedures.Follow-up on outstanding requirements.Conduct daily calls/emails to Partners regarding case status.Generate closing documents.Maintain positive and productive relationships with Partners and Associates.

 

Required skills include:

 Willing to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, high energy environment.100% commitment to delivering extraordinary customer service. Excellent organizational and motivational skills.Basic computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

 

College degree preferred; life insurance knowledge a plus.
