Princeton Retirement Group, an Atlanta-based subsidiary of Merrill Lynch, has an opening for a Central Services Associate.Brief Description:


Responsible for providing daily support and a strong customer service commitment to the Fulfillment Department and the Central Services Department overall.  This includes ensuring compliance of service standards from vendor, acting as liaison between PRG and fulfillment vendor, supervising client and participant mailing requests. Reviewing daily all PRG fulfillment requests with vendor, ensuring proper set up of plan details and items into the online fulfillment ordering system, per the customer?s request.  Ensure a strong focus on the customer and a highly organized environment. Job Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between vendor and internal client on large fulfillment requests and ensure new plan setup.Communicate with internal and external clients regarding work status, problems and process improvements.Ensuring quality and timeliness of all fulfillment requestsMonitor daily workflow and measure performance to ensure that goals are metFocus on process and process improvement, including documentation and communication to other groupsAssist with Daily order processingAssume additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent related experienceDemonstrated ability to actively participate in a high performance service teamAbility to analyze problems and develop creative solutionsThe ideal candidate will have experience in the Defined Contribution or Defined Benefit industry2 years fulfillment experience in a high-volume, high-demand environmentA commitment to superior customer serviceA high demonstrated level of attention to detailStrong PC skills are essentialSuperior communication skills, both written and verbal are requiredExcellent organization skills are a must
