The basic function of this position is to status and work fraud files to closeout, including charging back items that are valid under Visa and MasterCard regulations, as well as sending closeout packages to the credit union for insurance claim.
* Review Lost/Stolen reports for fraudulent activity. Status accounts online and establish a fraud file. Analyze activity on accounts through communications with members and acquirers. Review rejects queue for any retrieval rejects and resubmit with correct information.
* Monitor fraud accounts, and when applicable, process charge backs through in-depth knowledge of the Visa and MasterCard regulations. Determine the charge back reason code. Request additional information from cardholder or credit union if necessary.


* Associates Degree required or equivalent to high school plus additional broad specialized training equal to 2 years college.
* Minimum three (3) years customer service, and charge back experience required.
