We have an opportunity in our Naperville office for an experienced Claims Specialist. This person will process medical, dental, and flex claims on QicLink; process complex claims, adjustments, and refunds. A moderate amount of customer service activities will be involved.

5 plus years experience in the insurance industry. Knowledge of medical coding and medical terminology and claims auditing experience is required. Experience with windows based applications is a must. Prior QicLink experience a plus.
