Client Accounting Manager

We have an immediate opening for a Client Accounting Manager in our Venice, CA office. The Client Accounting Manager is a 'working' senior staff member who also supervises all production payable and billable areas.

Responsibilities Include:
- Handles day to day issues and problems concerning production vendor payments and client billing.
- Review inventory reports
- Manage client accounting staff
- Pay approved invoices and forward to Corporate office
- Work with traffic, and account management departments to ensure timely job openings and closings as well as draft billing
- Interface with Corporate office staff relating to special requirements for vendors and clients

Requirements:
Knowledge of production areas and procedures; Donovan Data Systems skills handling all aspects needed to fulfill vendor payment and client billing; Good interpersonal skills; Ability to direct and supervise personnel; Work efficiently under pressure; Excellent organizational skills; Qualified candidates should have prior billing experience (5-7 years at least).
