?  Accountable for delivering ?World Class? service

o Direct contact and servicing responsibility for ?Ultra High Net Worth? ML Clients

o Interact with internal teams including Financial Advisors, Client Associates, Structured Lending Credit Risk, Structured Lending Transactor Teams, Portfolio Control, Credit Relationship and other groups within Merrill Lynch

?  New Account Set-up and Maintenance

o Customer and limit information

o Facility structure

o Collateral value and covenants

o OFAC compliance

o REG O, B, U Compliance

?  Document and Covenant Tracking

o Document Filing

o Document Imaging

o Missing Document Follow up and reportingQualifications:


?  Proven experience providing excellent client service

?  1-3 years experience in the securities or banking industry

?  Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels

?    Ability to learn varied tasks and contribute improvement ideas leading to improved process and service effectiveness

?  Ability to analyze facts and make decisions under pressure and within tight deadlines.

?  Must be organized with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

?  Must be self motivated team player who is committed to ensuring the work environment remains positive under all circumstances
