Client Advisor II

Responsible for managing the overall relationship of assigned managed agency accounts. Organizes and coordinates periodic client meetings insuring that all members of the CNB team have been contacted and are involved as needed. Represents City National Asset Management (CNAM) team on various committees and task forces. Develops investment strategies for clients with the assistance of the CNAM portfolio managers. Interfaces with clients, administrators, trustees, co-trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys and others regarding accounts. Insures that all accounts comply with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, cash requirements. Monitors compliance with investment policies, trade settlement, income collection and corporate actions. 


Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related area or equivalent work experience required.
3 years in investment division with strong working knowledge of investment operations and administration required.
Understanding of various types of securities (e.g., stock, bonds) required.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills required.
Experience with SEI's Trust 3000 Trust Accounting system preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills required to effectively interact with all levels of Bank colleagues, regulators and clients.
