Client Analysts

The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, is one of the nation?s leading financial counseling firms. We provide comprehensive personal financial advisory services to senior-level executives of Fortune 500 companies.  Due to exceptional growth and expansion, we are looking for qualified individuals to fill several Client Analyst positions our Investment Services Group. This department, currently located in Clifton Park, will be relocating to Latham in the late summer of 2007.

 

Investment Services Group, a division of The Ayco Company, L.P., is a natural extension of our financial expertise and reputation for delivering personal service to thousands of clients for over 28 years.  This division manages fixed-income and equity accounts for Ayco clients and has grown quickly since its inception in 1993.  Our goal is to manage core holdings that conserve principal and maintain a conservative rate of growth.  

 

Qualifications:

 

?  4-year degree in Finance or Accounting required;

?  Series 7 & 66 licenses required within 6 months of hire;

?  Client service experience preferred;

?  Knowledge of Windows-based programs (Outlook, Excel and Word); 

?  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.

 

Responsibilities:

 

?  Serve as primary contact for clients for all account servicing related issues;

?  Manage the new account documentation, account opening and funding processes;

?  Process and reconcile daily trading-related transactions;

?  Manage the ongoing processing of all transactions and operational requests;

?  Serve as key liaison to other areas supporting clients, which include operations,

?  performance and compliance
