The Financial Advisory Center is a call-center and web-based brokerage service within the Global Private Client Group.  Our group is focused on providing personalized, quality advice and guidance to clients with less than $250K in investable assets.

 

Position Description:

 

Assistant Vice President, Client Experience and Analytics group

 

Participate in strategic projects across the FAC aimed at continually improving processes and operations of the business.  Responsibilities include identifying key considerations during project planning, helping develop the problem-solving methodologies, working with multiple cross-functional teams to conduct analyses, developing and communicating analysis to management, and cooperating with strategy team members.  Unique projects and responsibilities may include:

?  Economic Modeling / Scenario Analysis:  Modeling of balance sheets for new products and opportunities and analyzing business metrics and drivers.  This includes participating in the development and maintenance of economic models and the periodic validation of assumptions used in the models.

?  Competitor Analysis: Investigating and analyzing competitor results and market drivers, and translating the results into actionable recommendations.

?  Strategic Analysis: Using a combination of business knowledge and the results of analyses performed to contribute to solving business problems and analyzing new opportunities.

?  Report Generation: Leveraging knowledge from other areas to design and implement meaningful and usable reports without duplication of efforts.

?  Presentation Management: Creating management presentations for both internal and external audiences.Qualifications:


Minimum Requirements:

?  Knowledge of financial services industry

?  Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills

?  Ability to foster relationships throughout organization and collaborate and work as part of a team

?  Strong written and verbal communication skills

?  Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with the ability to quickly learn new software applications

?  Ability to multitask and participate in multiple projects

?  Highly organized, detail and results oriented, and proactive.  Energetic and decisive with high level of integrity
