Client Liaison Manager

  PFPC is currently seeking a Client Liaison Manager in our Advanced Output Solutions group.

 

In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

 
Coordinate resolution of daily business transaction issues.  Manages client relationships by communicating regularly with clients to ensure that all of their daily needs are met and that they are satisfied with PFPC services.
Coordinate special events such as conversions, mergers mailings, proxies, prospectus updates, systems changes, distribute miscellaneous fund materials.  Oversee and approve all billing invoices to clients.
Review and address issues and concerns between PFPC staff and the mutual fund client.  Attend client meetings, conference calls and administer presentations.
Prepare, communicate, facilitate meetings with management company and PFPC departments.  Oversee hot issues, client status reports and invoices.  Interface with external and internal support groups to ensure quality standards are being met.
Implement new procedures.
Communicate and implement new products and enhancements to existing products to the mutual fund clients.

 

The ideal candidate will posses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a minimum of six years job-related experience.  Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills, and problem solving skills.  Knowledge of MS Office.

 Additional Preferred Skills:  Helpful to have computer skills in LotusNotes and Powerpoint.
